Kelsey takes a special interest in pre & post-natal care, breast augmentation, breast health, and mastectomy care. Only accepting pre/post surgical patients, breast health patients & maternity patients.
Kelsey’s passion for Massage Therapy was sparked at a young age due to her interest in living an active and healthy lifestyle! Upon graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, she made a big move to a little town in Saskatchewan where she practiced for 3 years. Missing the mountains, warmer weather and lake country brought her back to BC, settling in Kelowna.
Fitness, happiness and health have always been top priorities in her life. As an RMT with over 7 years of experience, Kelsey has narrowed her scope to women’s specialized care. These skills have been acquired through many hands-on hours & continuing education, with the goal of improving women’s day-to-day lives. When indicated she incorporates kinesiology and sports taping into her treatments which she has advanced training in. She encourages her patients to be proactive in their recovery by educating them & customizing a home care plan including stretching, strengthening and remedial exercises.
Outside of the clinic Kelsey loves the outdoors, the gym/workout classes & any activity that involves bringing along her Miniature Dachshund “Sage”! Her passion for a healthy lifestyle reflects in her treatment plan to help get you living your best life! Kelsey’s treatment goals are to treat each patients condition successfully by getting to the root of the problem rather than just mask the presenting symptom.

Eliza first became interested in Chinese medicine as a teenager, seeking ways to improve her mental health and manage an autoimmune disease. After trying many Western modalities with limited success, she was amazed by the positive effects that regular acupuncture treatments, consistent lifestyle habits, and proper nutrition had on her nervous system and mental health, all without adverse side effects.
Eliza graduated with honors in 2020 from the Acupuncture program at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. Her additional training includes MSK Acupuncture, Electro Acupuncture, and Fertility + Pregnancy Support Acupuncture.
She enjoys treating a variety of ailments, but her passion lies in helping patients regulate their nervous systems, which has a calming effect throughout the body.
Having struggled with skin issues such as dermatitis, rashes, puffiness, and dryness caused by high stress and food intolerances, Eliza found successful treatment through Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, Gua Sha, Facial Cupping, non-toxic skincare, and LED light therapy. These non-invasive modalities focus on the cellular health of the skin, allowing the signs of aging to soften while maintaining the natural look of the individual.
Eliza has completed two Facial Acupuncture continuing education courses and practices Michelle Gellis’s Facial Rejuvenation protocol, following the guidance of a leader in the field.
Outside of her practice, Eliza loves staying active, engaging in trail running, yoga, surfing, hiking, and snowboarding, and enjoys spending time with her puppy, Churro.
